Tampa Diamond Center is committed to provide you the highest levels of quality, value and service, your satisfaction is guaranteed! We meticulously go over every detail of your purchase to insure our customer’s peace of mind.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes special and custom orders). Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear.

Engraved or altered items are non-returnable or exchangeable. Custom made and Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Loose diamonds and Gemstones are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Discounted items or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Tampa Diamond Center is committed to providing our clients with the highest quality craftsmanship and professional expertise for every jewelry purchase. Our manufacturing guarantee is to stand behind the integrity of every piece and make sure you are completely satisfied with the entire shopping experience. Under this warranty, we cover any defects in the manufacturing for the lifetime of the piece.

Please be advised that this does not cover accidental or incidental breakage, normal wear and tear, theft, loss, or any damage that our professionals deem is not due to craftsmanship related issues. Lastly, if the piece has been altered in any way by a jeweler other than Tampa Diamond Center, the warranty is no longer valid. It is our recommendation that each piece be regularly maintained and checked once a year by a service professional. At Tampa Diamond Center we provide complimentary inspection and basic cleaning for rings purchased through our store or website.

Certified diamonds purchased from Tampa Diamond Center are eligible for a 100% credit towards a new diamond. The diamond you are trading in must be first inspected by our gemologists to ensure it is in original condition, and accompanied by the original diamond certificate and sales receipt. If the current ring setting can still be used we will mount your new diamond at no additional cost. Should you require a new setting, you have the option of keeping the old setting or accepting a credit as determined by Tampa Diamond Center. Should your current ring setting require modification Tampa Diamond Center will charge a nominal fee.

We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.

Special orders consist of, but are not limited to, any item not available in stock which has been sized, engraved, altered and/or custom made. Special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Sized merchandise is non-refundable and/or not returnable.
